Dr. rer. nat. Lennart Jütte successfully completed his doctorate at HOT

In his doctoral thesis, Dr. Jütte worked on the topic "Digital tools for dermoscopy and polarimetry in dermatological diagnostics".

The team at HOT - Hannover Center for Optical Technologies warmly congratulates Dr. Jütte for successfully defending his doctoral thesis, which was embedded in the EU-project iToBoS - Intelligent Total Body Scanner for Early Detection of Melanoma. The goal was to develop a novel optical total body scanner for accurate skin cancer diagnostics. The doctoral committee included Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Kowalsky (Chairman, University Braunschweig and Leibniz University Hannover), Prof. Dr. Bernhard Roth (doctoral supervisor), Prof. Dr. Uwe Morgner (all Leibniz University Hannover) and Prof. Dr. Maik Rahlves (University of Lübeck).
