- Abstract
In this work, we report on the design and fabrication of planar polymer waveguide network arrays for the integration of optical sensing to detect pressure, temperature, or gases [1-3]. A home-built hot imprint replication setup was used to fabricate the waveguides, which offers a scalable and cost-effective way to advanced sensing applications [4].
