Fabrication of Polymer Waveguide Networks By Hot Imprint Replication for Multi-Functional Sensing
Abstract
In this work, we report on the design and fabrication of planar polymer waveguide network arrays for the integration of optical sensing to detect pressure, temperature, or gases [1-3]. A home-built hot imprint replication setup was used to fabricate the waveguides, which offers a scalable and cost-effective way to advanced sensing applications [4].
