Abstract

We present an automation approach to integrate Two-Photon Polymerisation (TPP) systems into production chains for optical components. This includes the implementation of micro QR codes for workpiece identification and digital twins to enhance tracking and data management. An in-line Digital Holographic Microscope (DHM) offers real-time phase imaging, facilitating immediate error correction. This development paves the way for fabricating optical components based on functional, rather than just geometrical, specifications.
