Contact the HOT

The HOT is located in the historic multi-storey car park, adjacent to the Herrenhäuser Gardens. The entrance is on Nienburger Straße, directly opposite the tram stop. The rooms of the HOT are on the second floor on the left side of the building.

Public Transportation

Tram line 4 or 5, stop Appelstrasse. From the main station it is best to walk to the stop Kröpcke and from there take line 4 (direction Garbsen) or line 5 (direction Stöcken).

By Car

Approach via A2, exit Herrenhausen. Then take the Westschnellweg (B6) in the direction of Hannover Zentrum to the Herrenhausen exit. At the traffic lights turn right into Herrenhäuser Straße (Attention tram crosses the road). Continue straight on Herrenhäuser Straße past Herrenhäuser Garten until you reach the fork in Appelstraße/Nienburger Straße. Follow Nienburger Straße to the right. After approx. 100 m turn left into Alleestraße. At the next intersection, turn left again into Appelstraße. After approx. 60 m turn left through the courtyard entrance into the parking lot of the institute. From the car park, go down the stairs to the right onto Nienburger Straße and after approx. 20-30 metres you will reach the entrance to the HOT.
