In her doctoral thesis, Dr. Stritzel worked on the topic "Model-based simulation and calibration of a multimodal system consisting of OCT and optoacoustics for non-invasive, preoperative thickness determination of skin lesions suspected of melanoma".
The team at HOT - Hannover Center for Optical Technologies congratulates Dr. Jenny Stritzel for successfully defending her doctoral thesis, which was embedded in a project on the optical detection of skin cancer. The doctoral committee included Prof. Dr. Milutin Kovacev (Chairman), Prof. Dr. Bernhard Roth (PhD supervisor), Prof. Dr. Dag Heinemann (all Leibniz University Hannover) and Prof. Dr. Maik Rahlves (University of Lübeck).
