Modeling the nonlinear optical response of indium tin oxide

- Abstract
Indium Tin Oxide has been shown to exhibit strong optical nonlinearities in the near-infrared arising from the non-parabolicity of its conduction band. We implement a self-consistent model for this nonlinearity using FDTD and verify it with the previously published experimental data.
