Microscopic nonlinear optical response of plasmonic meta-atoms

- Abstract
We experimentally measure the microscopic 2nd-order nonlinear optical response of plasmonic meta-atoms known as the 1st-order hyperpolarizability. This result is crucial to design nonlinear metasurfaces consisting of plasmonic meta-atoms.
