Conference participation of the Research Group Computational Photonics

Antonio is invited to the International Conference on Metamaterials, Photonic Crystals and Plasmonics (Meta 2023) in Paris, France, from 18 to 21 July 2023.

He will present the latest research results from our team on nanophotonics inverse design.

Another invited talk from our team will be given by A. B. Evlyukhin on "Anapole metal nanostructures for metarsurface applications".

A. Habibpourmoghadam will attend to the conference, too, to give a talk.

Antonio is invited to the Workshop on Advances and Future Directions in Luminescent Materials and Devices in Erice, Italy, from 10 to 18 July 2023.

Antonio is invited to the Photonics and Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS) from 3 to 6 July 2023 in Prague, Czech Republic.

A. Nanda and I. Allayarov will attend to the CLEO Europe 2023, in Munich, Germany, from 26 to 30 June.

A. Nanda will give a talk about "Inverse design of integrated phase-tunable beam couplers".

I. Allayarov will give a talk about "Dynamic Dielectric Metasurfaces Based on Lattice Resonances: Tuning and Switching Effects via Superstrate-to-Substrate Dielectric Contrast".

A. Nanda, I. Allayarov, S. Bahmani and Atefeh Habibpourmoghadam attend to the SPIE Digital Optical Technologies 2023, Munich, Germany, from 26 to 29 June.

A. Nanda will give a talk about "Integrated phase-adjustable beam couplers via inverse design".

I. Allayarov will give a talk about "Coupled dipole approach for designing dynamic metasurfaces in inhomogeneous environment".

S. Bahmani will give a talk about "Inverse design of meta-atoms for multipole engineering based on the adjoint method".

A. Habibpourmoghadam will present a poster about "Simulation of plasmonic absorption complexities in the hybridized highly p-doped semiconductor/metal nanostructures".

Antonio and J. Gedeon will attend to the Photonics North Conference 2023 in Montreal, Canada, from 12 to 15 June.

Antonio organizes the Photonics & AI session.

J. Gedeon will give a talk on "Time domain topology optimization for dispersive nanophotonics inverse design".

Antonio organized the International Workshop on Physical Computing in Erice, Italy, which took place from Oct. 29 to Nov. 6, 2022. He also gave a presentation on "Inverse design of large-scale nanophotonic systems".

A. Nanda also attended the workshop and presented a  poster. 

I. Allayarov gave a talk at the Optica Advanced Photonics Congress 2022, which took place from 24 to 28 July in Maastricht, Netherlands.

Antonio presented an invited talk at the 2nd Colloquium on the Physics and Applications of Metasurfaces, which took place on July 18-22, 2022 in Florence, Italy.

Antonio gave a talk at the Plasmonica Workshop, which took place on July 7-8, 2022 in Turin, Italy.

Title: Time-domain topology optimization of wideband dispersive plasmonic nanostructures.

I. Allayarov and J. Gedeon attended the International Workshop Structured materials and structured light, organized by Prof. Federico Capasso in Erice, Italy, from 3 to 9 July, 2022.

I. Allayarov  gave a presentation with the title "On the Perspectives of Dynamic Kerker Effect in Nonmetal Single Nanoparticles".

J. Gedeon presented a poster.

Antonio and and E. Hassan attended the 24th Photonics North Conference, which took place on May 24-26, 2022 in Niagara Falls ON, Canada.

Antonio is the Session Chair of the Photonics & AI session and E. Hassan gave a talk with the title "Time-domain topology optimization of wideband dispersive plasmonic nanostructures".
